Day 1 - AIRPORT TRANSFER
Upon arrival you will be met at the airport and transferred to a lovely Costa Rican hotel where we will have time for introductions and a general explanation of the upcoming days

Day 2 - CARIBBEAN COAST
After breakfast, we will transfer to the Southern Caribbean Coast. Two nights lodging at Punta Uva Beach. On the way to Punta Uva, we will do a walking trip in Braulio Carrillo Reserve.  In the afternoon we will do a bicycle trip to Puerto Viejo or Manzanillo.

Day 3 - CARIBBEAN COAST
Morning: Snorkeling and Hiking in Manzanillo area - Lunch in Manzanillo

Evening - Cultural Night in the town of Puerto Viejo

Day 4  - SARAPIQUI AREA
After breakfast we will transfer to the Sarapiui Rainforest area.  Lodging in Selva Verde Ecolodge.

Afternoon - After lunch, we will do a birding walk at OAT -  Organization for Tropical Studies

Cultural activity in the evening  - choose from Latin dancing, cooking class,meetings with local community members or other eco-tourism activities.

Day 5  - ARENAL AREA
After breakfast we will transfer to the Arenal/La Fortuna area, site of the impressive, active Arenal Volcano.Two nights lodging in Arenal area

Afternoon - Sky tram and Sky Trek Canopy or Horseback Riding (your choice)

Evening - visit to  Ecotermales Hot Springs.

Day 6  LA FORTUNA AND ARENAL VOLCANO AREA

Rafting in Rio Toro (Level III and IV)

Dinner in Arenal Springs

Day 7 -  MANUEL ANTONIO AREA
Transfer to Manuel Antonio National Park/Beach Area. Two nights lodging in Manuel Antonio. Walking in the area, Visit to Manuel Antonio beach.

Day 8 -  MANUEL ANTONIO AREA
Visit to Manuel Antonio National Park. On a hike through this unique Transitional Forest, we can observe species considered rare in other natural areas — the Three-Toed Sloth, Coatimundi, an Squirrel Monkey.

Afternoon/Evening - Catamaran Boat Trip - Snorkeling, Dolphin Watching, Dinner

Day 9  -- Activities in the Manuel Antonio area:  Kayaking, surfing, Canoeing, Horseback Riding, Swimming - Participants can choose to do one activity in the morning and one in the afternoon (Entire group does not have to do the same activity).

 Day 10 - RETURN TO SAN JOSE
Transfer to San Jose. Farewell Dinner.

Day 11- TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT
