A cancellation must be made in writing. Our cancellation policy applies when the cancellation of the trip is due to no fault of our own. In other words we have made all the necessary arrangements and reservations for your trip.

Cancellation fees are per person as follows:

• 121 + days before trip start – full refund minus $150 administrative fee.
• 91-120 days before trip start: 20% of total price
• 61-90 days before trip start: 35% of total price
• 31 – 60 days before trip start: 40% of total price
• 21 - 30 days before trip start:  60% of total price
  
• 0-20 days before trip start: No refund.

Journey Weavers Trip Policy: Changes to trip itineraries are sometimes necessary. We reserve the right to make these changes without penalty as deemed necessary for the smooth and safe operation of the trip. If major changes to the itinerary are made prior to the trip, participants will be notified and may cancel reservations without penalty.
